The CareWise Training website and sample materials are provided for general informational, educational, and demonstration purposes. They do not provide medical care, individualized clinical guidance, legal advice, crisis services, emergency assistance, organizational approval, accreditation, or compliance certification, and they are not a substitute for an organization’s own policies, professional judgment, or required review processes.
Emergency Notice
CareWise Training is not an emergency or crisis service. Do not use this website, email, scheduling forms, or consultations to request urgent assistance, because communications may not be reviewed immediately. If you or another person needs urgent help or faces an immediate safety concern, contact appropriate local emergency or crisis services.
Sample Preview
The sample-module preview is provided only to demonstrate selected elements of CareWise Training’s writing, structure, and educational approach. It is not a complete or customized client deliverable and should not be adopted, distributed, or used as an organization’s finished training without appropriate review and adaptation. Suitability may vary by audience, setting, jurisdiction, policy, procedure, and organizational requirements.
Client Responsibility
Organizations are responsible for determining whether any CareWise Training website, sample, or contracted training material is appropriate for their intended use and for completing final clinical, legal, operational, policy, accessibility, compliance, and organizational review before use. CareWise Training does not replace an organization’s own qualified professionals, policies, approval processes, or legal and regulatory responsibilities.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original website copy, branding elements, sample content, graphics, and other materials created by or for CareWise Training are owned by CareWise Training or used with permission, to the extent protected by applicable law. You may view the website and sample preview for personal or internal evaluation of CareWise Training’s services. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or present CareWise materials as your own without written permission, except as otherwise permitted by law. Third-party names, logos, citations, and materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Third-Party Services
The CareWise Training website and business process may use or link to third-party services for website hosting, scheduling, video conferencing, email, and calendar functions. These services operate under their own terms, privacy practices, security measures, and availability. CareWise Training does not control those independent services and is not responsible for their separate content, policies, outages, changes, or actions. Your use of a third-party service is also subject to the terms and policies of that provider.
Client Agreements
Paid CareWise Training services are governed by the applicable written Project Proposal, Service Agreement, and any later written amendments accepted by the parties. These Website Terms apply to use of the CareWise Training website and general sample materials. If a provision of these Website Terms conflicts with a provision of a signed client agreement for a specific project, the signed client agreement controls for that project to the extent of the conflict.
No Guarantee
CareWise Training aims to keep its general website and sample information accurate, useful, and reasonably current, but such information may not address every organization, audience, jurisdiction, policy, or circumstance. CareWise Training does not promise that use of the website, sample materials, or educational content will produce a particular training, clinical, regulatory, financial, operational, or organizational outcome. Specific commitments for paid client work are governed by the applicable signed Project Proposal and Service Agreement.
Changes to These Terms
CareWise Training may update these Website Terms from time to time as its website, services, business practices, or legal obligations change. When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Changes do not replace or modify the terms of an existing signed client agreement unless the parties separately agree in writing.
